Re: Ticket Trader
I had the same problem, I've sold my ticket twice this season and on this new website it doesn't mention anywhere how many E-purse credits you have. I even tried buying one of the tickets back to see how I would be able to spend them, but there was no option to use the E-purse credits.

I'm trying to use them for Spurs away on priority points, ticket office just told me to quote my client ref number on the form and state that I want to use the credits.

Re: Ticket Trader
I've seen the email and it was definitely sold.

After looking at her account myself, it doesn't actually mention e-purse anywhere, just has the basket at the top which would only relate to purchases surely?

Am I being as thick as her?

Re: Ticket Trader
I think you used to be able to redeem vs stuff bought in the store but I think now it's just tickets

I thought it was just against future ticket purchases?

Re: Ticket Trader
How does buying something in the shop with your e-credits work? Do you just gice your reference no at the till?

Re: Ticket Trader
She should have received an email if someone purchased her seat.

You are then credited E-Purse credits, you can see them on the website once you have logged in to your account.
